* Added a PDA autodetect mechanism so that it will run
  on any Pocket PC, including the iPaq 38xx series.

* Applied the iPaq 38xx GAPI fix so that the emulator
  will run properly on the new line of iPaq Pocket PC's
* Changed compiler optimization options to increase speed.
NOTE:This version will run ONLY on the iPaq 38xx series
